This one hour session focusses mainly on treatment and a brief follow up from previous treatment. Cupping, bodywork and energy work will be included depending on individual needs.

TCM NUTRITION CLASS

This 10 week course will meet for two hours a week and provide students with a basic understanding of food from the unique perspective of Chinese Medicine. Students will lean the basic properties and energetics of commonly used foods as well as some rare and unique superfoods and also develop a deeper understanding of the application of food as medicine. This is going to be a one of a kind learning opportunity.
