This 10 week course will meet for two hours a week and provide students with a basic understanding of food from the unique perspective of Chinese Medicine. Students will lean the basic properties and energetics of commonly used foods as well as some rare and unique superfoods and also develop a deeper understanding of the application of food as medicine.
